Moulds for paraffin

Besides flexible moulds, which in many plants are majority of moulds used in making formed candles, we recommend rigid moulds.

There are many advantages of making moulds using this technology, as compared to the silicone technology:

1. Increased productivity owing to applied intensive mould cooling system, which is particularly important in summertime. Moreover, the mould closing and opening system influences productivity
2. Accuracy - especially at division line; it eliminates the need of finished chamfer manual processing
3. Repeatability of production

Apart from casting moulds we also make stamping dies for powdered paraffin pressing.

We make moulds mainly using models delivered by our customers; mould structure and price are always settled individually.
