Moulds for production of undersides made of polyurethane

Today, in time of dynamically changing fashion for PU footwear soles, manufacturers are most of all interested in quick mould production and delivery, low price and high quality.

Our company meets all three of these essential conditions.

We manufacture our moulds using the MCP technology. Special resin type is the basis for making a production mould, and it is characterised by high mechanical and thermal strength, non-measurable contraction and resistance to mould cleaning agents, that is DMF. In order to ensure high thermal conductivity, which is a parameter of equal importance - the resin mixture is filled in 80% with aluminium. Mould surface is made of a special metal alloy - layer thickness ranges from 1mm to 2mm.

Mould life depends in 99% on its treatment during production process.
