Apart from moulds for footwear sole foaming we also make moulds used for production of other elements of PU.
These prove to be ideal solution for production of details made of integrated polyurethane, for example: medical and automotive equipment elements, sports or rehabilitation equipment.
Moreover, we have experience as regards construction of moulds for making soft foams used e.g. in production of seats. It is possible to make a model on the basis of drawings provided by Customers.
Depending on application, moulds are made of various resin system types with surfaces of tool gel coat or metal.
Moulds have built-in heating/cooling systems.
