In 2001 we extended production area of our company, which allowed us to start large-size mould production. We established pattern-shop department, where we would develop bathtub and paddling pool models according to our Customers' own ideas.
We use two technologies to make our moulds:
- "Cast" moulds reinforced inside with steel structure - in most cases these are deep paddling pools.
- Laminated moulds reinforced inside with glass material - in most cases these are moulds used in bathtub production.
Both, working surface of the mould and its entire body, are made of high quality resin manufactured in western countries, which has following properties:
- High mechanical strength
- Minimum contraction
- Thermal strength: Tg - 180°C - prior to delivery to the Customer moulds are thermally hardened in specially designed heating furnace.
- High surface smoothness
- Owing to high aluminium dust content in resin, the mould characteristic is high thermal conductivity.
Finished mould is equipped with an internal cooling / heating system and suction system. Repeated checks of condition of moulds being used by our Customers confirm that they are not worse than conventional aluminium moulds.
The only difference is their PRICE.
