About Lokas

FHUP LOKAS - a family business, which was first founded by Stanislaw Kasprzyk, later joined by his two sons - Jacek and Maciej Kasprzyk. History of our company reaches 1993, when we started to sell adhesives, sealing materials and various types of resins for industrial applications. In order to become professionals in this field, next to theoretical knowledge obtained during numerous training courses and symposia, we performed ourselves tens of practical tests on gluing, sealing and resin casting. In 1995 we managed to cast the first mould, serial production of which was successfully implemented.

Encouraged by this little success we began to get involved in structures of moulds for various applications. Our next step was building of a mould for casting PU footwear soles, which proved to be excellent in manufacturing process. We may say now that it was a breakthrough for our company - many PU footwear sole manufacturers got interested in this mould.

Year by year we kept improving our products and today our PU sole moulds are used by considerable number of companies both in Poland, in former Soviet Union states, and even in the centre of world's mould production in Italy.

Apart from our moulds designed for production of PU footwear soles we are most known for, we also manufacture moulds for other applications.

Another field of our activity is production of moulds for vacuum pressing of small elements and large-size moulds used to manufacture bathtubs and paddling pools of acrylic boards.

As a result of our co-operation with many resin suppliers and many years of our experience, and owing to well-qualified personnel we are able to undertake new challenges in the field of resin mould production.
